 1 Bob Evans Large Mashed Potatoes
 1 cup Mixed, Frozen Vegetables at room temperature
 1 ½ lbs Lean Ground Beef
 ½ cup Beef Broth
 1 tsp Worcester Sauce
 Salt and Pepper to taste

Brown ground beef in the skillet until done. Drain fat and discard. Add vegetables to the ground beef and sauté about five minutes. Add the Worcester sauce and mix. Add the beef broth and simmer about 10 minutes, adding more beef broth if meat is getting dry. Transfer mixture into a 9 inch baking pan, spreading evenly. Warm the mashed potatoes in the microwave a few minutes and then spoon onto the top of the mixture. Take a tablespoon and make peaks in the mashed potatoes. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about a half hour until it is browned and bubbly. If needed broil for a few minutes to brown the peaks of the potatoes.
