Oatmeal Scotchies

A one pound canister of Quaker Oats will be enough to make this recipe four times.

 2 cups Flour
 2 tsp Baking Powder
 1 cup Butter
 1 ½ cups Packed Brown Sugar
 2 Eggs
 1 tbsp Water
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 1 ½ cups Uncooked, Quick Oats
 12 oz Package of Butterscotch Chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the butter and the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and water. Add the flour, baking soda and baking powder until blended. Fold in the quick oats and butterscotch chips. Drop by slightly rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
