Milk Buns

 2 ½ cups Flour
 3 tbsp Sugar
 ¾ cup Milk
 1 tbsp Milk
 1 Packet of Dry Yeast
  tsp Salt
 ¼ Stick of Softened Butter
 Cornstarch

Warm milk (3/4 cup plus a heaping tablespoon of milk) to 90 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and add yeast. Let it set two to three minutes.

Add flour, sugar, and yeast/milk into a stand mixer and mix until blended. Add the salt and kneed the dough for two minutes. Add the softened butter and mix until incorporated.

Grease the dough on both sides and then place the dough in a greased bowl and cover and let it sit for two hours.

Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Split the dough evenly to make twelve buns. Line a 9 x 13'' pan with parchment paper and put the buns on the lined pan. Cover the buns and let them sit for 30 minutes.

Uncover the buns and sprinkle the tops of the buns with cornstarch.

Bake the buns in a 350 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Let the buns sit for ten minutes before eating.
