On a lightly floured surface cut the room temperature pizza dough into four even pieces to make four Mickey pretzels.
Take one of the four pieces of dough and separate the one piece into three sections. One section larger to make Mickey's head and two smaller pieces to make his ears. Take the biggest section (head) and roll it into a rope and then make a circle with it. Take one of the smaller (ear) sections and roll it into a rope and make a circle with it and attach it to the head. Repeat with the other ear section. Don't over flour the dough it should be sticky so the sections stick together. Repeat this process with the other three dough sections to make four Mickey pretzels.
Brush the pretzels with the egg whites and lightly sprinkle with the sea salt flakes.
Place the pretzels on a non stick cookie sheet and bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 - 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
