 2 tsp Baking Powder
 4 Eggs
 2 cups Sugar
 2 cups Flour
 1 cup Hot Milk
 1 tsp Vanilla
 2 tbsp Butter

Beat eggs until lemon colored, slowly add sugar. Beat after each addition. Heat milk to boiling point, remove from heat and add butter to the milk. Add baking powder to the sugar and egg mixture and blend.

Alternately add flour and then milk in small amounts to the batter, folding in carefully. Add vanilla.

Grease and flour a tube pan, pour batter into the tube pan. Bake in a 350-degree F oven for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
