 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
 ½ cup Packed Brown Sugar
 ½ cup Soy Sauce
 4 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
 ½ tsp Ground Ginger
 ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
 ½ tsp Pepper
 3 cups White Rice
 Green Onions (garnish)
 Sesame Seeds (garnish)
 1 Bag of Steamed broccoli

Start the rice (30 minutes in rice cooker)

In a skillet, cook the ground beef with garlic until no longer pink, then turn down the heat to simmer.

Whisk together: brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the ground beef. Steam the broccoli in the microwave and add to the skillet. Let everything simmer for 2 minutes.

Serve over hot rice and add green onion and sesame seeds for garnish/added flavor.
