 1 Pie Crust
 Apples to fill the pie crust 2/3 full
 1 cup Sugar
 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Apple Pie Topping
 ½ cup Soft Butter
 1 cup Sugar
 1 cup Flour
 1 Egg
 ¼ tsp Salt

Fill a pie crust 2/3 full with sliced apples. Sprinkle the apples with one cup of sugar and one tablespoon of cinnamon and mix together.

Apple Pie Topping

Mix together the topping ingredients and spread over the top of the apples. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
