Honey Cream Cake
 2 cups Sugar
 2 Eggs
 2 tsp Baking Powder
 ½ tsp Allspice
 2 tsp Cinnamon
 ½ tsp Cloves
 ¾ tsp Nutmeg
 ¼ cup Butter
 2 cups Flour
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 tsp Baking Soda
 2 cups Buttermilk
 ½ cup Raisins(3 - 1oz boxes of raisins)
 ½ cup Chopped Walnuts
Maple Frosting
 ½ cup Softened Butter
 1 lb Powdered Sugar
 3 tbsp Milk
 1 tsp Vanilla
 1 tsp Maple Flavoring or Maple Extract

Cream together the sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, combine baking powder, spices, salt, and flour. In a separate bowl, dissolve the baking soda into the buttermilk.

Alternate adding the combined dry ingredients and the buttermilk into the batter, mixing well after each addition.

Fold in the nuts and raisins.

Grease and flour a 9 by 13 or two 9 inch circle pans and pour the cake batter into the pan. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Maple Frosting

Cream together butter, powdered sugar, add milk, vanilla, and maple flavoring and blend until creamy. Top cooled cake with frosting.
