 1 tbsp Chives, fresh or freeze dried
  cup Oil
 ¼ cup Pineapple Juice
  tsp Garlic Powder
 ½ cup Soy Sauce
 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
 4-6 Pork Chops or Chicken pieces

Mix together the chives, oil, pineapple juice, garlic powder, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a gallon storage bag. Place raw meat or poultry in the marinade and seal the bag. Marinade the meat in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.

Remove the meat from the marinade and grill until done.
