Graham Cracker Crust

If desired you can substitute animal crackers or crushed Oreo's instead of using graham crackers. If you do that you may not want to use the cinnamon.

 2 cups Finely crushed Graham Crackers
 ½ tsp Cinnamon (optional)
 2 tbsp Water
 ¼ cup Melted Butter

Mix ingredients together thoroughly. Press into pie or cake pan covering bottom and sides evenly with one fourth inch of mixture. Refrigerate for an hour and the crust can be used uncooked if desired. If you would like it to set by baking then place the crust in a 375 degree F oven for seven minutes to set the crust.
