 ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
 1 cup Cold Milk
 8 oz Cool Whip

Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk. Beat slowly on lowest speed of mixer until well blended, about one minute. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cake. Refrigerate.
