Start the Rice
Pour sesame oil into the electric skillet (heat to 350F).
Add chicken to skillet.
Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, paprika, and garlic.
Add mixture to the skillet and cook until chicken is done.
Drizzle honey over the chicken mixture and stir.
Turn the skillet down to low and steam the veggies in the microwave (according to the package instructions).
Add the steamed veggies to the skillet and mix thoroughly.
Serve over buttered rice.
