 1 Head of Cabbage
 1 l Lean Ground Beef
 1 Onion
 4 Potatoes
 1 l of Carrots
 Salt & Pepper to taste
 64 oz Beef Broth

Peel and chop the Onion, Carrots, and Potatoes into bit-sized pieces.

In a pan on medium heat, melt the butter, sauté the onion until transparent.

Add the ground beef and brown the meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Place ground beef, onion, carrots, potatoes, and cabbage into a large stock pot. Then, cover with beef broth. Cook on medium heat. Once it's simmering, leave simmering for at least a half hour. When vegetables are soft, it is ready to eat.
