12 oz Kielbasa or Sausage, sliced
2 tbsp Oil
¼ cup Butter
1 Large Onion, diced
½ Head of Cabbage, chopped (6-7 cups)
1 Clove of Garlic, minced
8 oz Egg Noodles
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside. In a large saucepan heat oil and cook kielbasa or sausage until browned, add remaining oil, butter, and onion. Cook until softened. Add cabbage and garlic. Cook until tender. Stir in the noodles and cook an additional few minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
