These sandwiches are fully cooked and you can really add any breakfast sandwich fillings as desired.
Cook one pound of bacon and crumble. Line a 9x13 baking pan with the bottom half of the bagels in an even layer. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked and place onto of the bagels. Add the bacon crumbles over the eggs and place the tops of the bagels on the sandwiches. Eat now or refrigerate overnight. If refrigerated bake in a 350 degree oven for a half hour to reheat.
