 8 Large Eggs
  cup Milk
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Pepper
 2 Yukon Potatoes finely diced
 10 Cooked and Crumbled Bacon slices

Spray a 9 inch cake or pie pan with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl beat together eggs and milk. Add in salt and pepper, then stir in the finely diced potatoes. Stir in half of the bacon crumbles. Pour mixture into the cake/pie pan and sprinkle the remaining bacon crumbles on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes making sure that the center is cooked thoroughly.
