Overnight Oats

Nice quick breakfast that can be taken on the go. Standard Measurement are estimates some need heaping cups as noted. The metric measurements are exact, but you need a food scale and milliliter measurement cup.

Standard Measurements
 2 Bananas
 ½ cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt
 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
 1 ¼ cups Milk
 2 ¼ cups Oats
 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
 ¾ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
 1 cup Blueberries (Heaping)
 4 tsp Maple Syrup
Metric Measurements
 2 Bananas
 100 g Greek Vanilla Yogurt
 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
 300 ml Milk
 150 g Oats
 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
 100 g Dark Chocolate Chips
 200 g Blueberries
 4 tsp Maple Syrup

Start by mashing the 2 bananas in a mixing bowl.

Then add the Peanut Butter & Greek Yogurt and hand mix the items till blended.

Finally add the milk and hand stir till combined.

Add the Oats, Chia Seeds, & Dark Chocolate Chips and hand stir till combined.

Separating

From here I separate the mixture into 4 close-able containers. You can get 250 grams in each container or about 1 full cup.

Separate the blueberries into 4 containers that contain 50 grams of blueberries or around 1/4 of a heaping cup, and store them besides the oatmeal containers.

Then seal the containers and put in the fridge overnight. They can last for about a week at current testing.

Preparing to Eat

Pull out oatmeal and blueberries container and combine along with 1 teaspoon of syrup and mix together.

Then you can eat it cold or warm up for 15-30 seconds in the microwave.
