 2 Fresh tomatoes
 1 Bell Pepper
 2 Onions
 ½ Bunch of Celery
 ¼ cup Sugar
 1 tbsp Salt
 ¼ cup Oil

Cook tomatoes and put them through a strainer. Finely dice then add pepper, onions and celery. Add sugar and salt. Add oil. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring constantly until it thickens to your liking. It does not get as thick as store bought sauce.
