Kay Lippert’s Peanut Butter Eggs

 1 lb Peanut Butter
 1 tsp Vanilla
 ½ lb Butter
 ½ lb Powdered Sugar

Mix the peanut butter, butter and vanilla with a mixer. Slowly add the powdered sugar. You can still mix it with a mixer, but eventually you have to end up mixing it by hand. Mix for at least five minutes with your hands. Form mixture into an egg shape or use an egg shape candy mold. Refrigerate over night. Dip into melted chocolate the next day. Keep refrigerated. It makes about 33 molded eggs.
