Crush the graham crackers into a fine consistency. Melt the chocolate. Dip the marshmallow into the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off. Gently roll the chocolate dipped marshmallow into the graham crackers. Repeat with each marshmallow. Place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 35 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and place into storage bags and place bags into the refrigerator to store.
