Boil eggs for ten minutes. Cool the eggs and peel off the shells. In a 9 by 13 pan place the peeled hard boiled eggs and chop into small bits using a wavy, crinkle chopper. Dice up the celery and add it to the eggs. Add the salt, pepper and mayonnaise and mix well. Place into a container and sprinkle the top with paprika and refrigerate.
